Myles J. Magbitang

Graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy (1990)

Mr. Magbitang has been admitted to practice law in the state of New York since 2000.  He began his career fighting for the rights of the underprivileged working for the Legal Aid Society of Nassau County for almost two years.  Since then he has devoted himself to defending employers, carriers and self-insured employers in the field of Workers’ Compensation insurance defense.

He has successfully litigated thousands of claims on behalf of insurance carriers over his career.
