AttorneysBrian MooneyMr. Mooney is a graduate of Touro Law School. While attending law school, he received the CALI Award for excellence in Constitutional Law. Prior to his tenure practicing Workers’ Compensation law he previously handled claims in personal injury, medical malpractice, and other civil litigation. Mr. Mooney began his career in NYS WCL in 2017 with an emphasis in defense of claims for many major retail chains as well as state and local municipalities. He is experienced in handling all facets of Workers’ Compensation matters including but not limited to expert medical and lay witness testimony, litigating issues of permanency, loss of wage-earning capacity, voluntary removal from the labor market and fraud as well as settlement analysis. |
