AttorneysEric OstragerGraduate of George Washington University Law School 1996 and Rutgers University 1993; Admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey in 1997; Mr. Ostrager has over a decade of experience in representing insurers and self-insurers in subrogation and defense matters. He has served as an officer of the New York Loss Transfer Advisory Committee and Special Counsel to a member of the New York No-Fault Optional Arbitration Advisory Committee. Eric is also actively involved in all aspects of our Subrogation & Recovery Department. |
