AttorneysDavid W. SchweikertGraduate of Fordham University majoring in Political Science; Graduate of Albany Law School in 2007. Mr. Schweikert began practicing Workers' Compensation Law in February of 2008 when he was hired by the Special Funds Conservation Committee as a Hearing Attorney. He was eventually promoted to Assistant Manager of Special Funds' New York City Hearing Department. He joined our firm in December of 2010 and in addition to making regular appearances at the Workers’ Compensation Board, frequently assists our clients by pre-trying cases with the Special Fund Conservation Committee. |
